Title: Another destroyer of records. Washington, D.C., March 29. Ralph F. Smith, President of the Corporation Service Bureau, a Cleveland, Ohio, detective agency, today told the Senate Civil Liberties Committee that he has destroyed all records of his 'industrial work' prior to January 1.1937. He testified he had 'wiped out' all accounts, journals, correspondence, and other records pertaining to his employment by 'Industrial Concerns', which had been subpoenaed by the Committee, 3/29/38
