Summary: Broadside, on recto, shows full-length portrait of Emiliano Zapata holding a rifle. Zapata was the most influential revolutionary hero from southern Mexico. He disagreed with Madero's vague policy of land redistribution. Various skirmishes occurred around Cuernavaca due to the confusion suffered by revolutionaries as to which leader to follow--Huerta or Zapata. Because of these skirmishes Zapata's death was advertised prematurely in this broadside. The verso contains four songs titled: 'The doubt waltz,' 'The soldier, farewell,' 'The year of 1915,' and 'Maria, mari.'
