Summary: Three-panel cartoon. The first panel shows a smartly dressed man approaching a drinking fountain; the second shows the fountain squirting him the face; the third shows him as a sodden dripping ruin. Frost was a prolific artist and illustrator for magazines such as Puck, Harper's Weekly, and Life. He is probably best known for his illustrations of the Uncle Remus stories by Joel Chandler Harris.
