Two images, one of the Holy Child of Atocha and one of Saint Jude Tadeo, appear on the verso with text describing two miracles: the miracle bestowed to Rosenda Pérez by the Holy Child of Atocha, and the miracle bestowed to Tomasa Santos by Saint Jude Tadeo. In addition there is a prayer to Saint Jude.
